Currently, the city of Kharkiv has no comprehensive rehabilitation facilities for locals who have lost limbs in the war but are reluctant to leave their hometown for extended medical care.
We intend to establish and equip such a centre.
"The State Rehabilitation Center has been evacuated since the onset of the war and is presently non-operational. Meanwhile, the number of Ukrainian amputees.
