Diapers for Babies in Frontline Kharkiv
Aid recipient
Palms of the Universe Charity (Kharkiv, Ukraine)
280 packs of nappies — almost $3,000 worth!
That means 280 families in Kharkiv received our URGENT aid.
️This is what we at URGENT call a “small project” or a “running response”: our friends at Palms Of the Universe Charity (Kharkiv) send us an urgent request — and we immediately reach out to our long-standing partners on the ground, a major retail chain, and…
A few days later, the support is already in the hands of our favourite beneficiaries — children. Most of them were born during the war :(
Nappies won’t make these children happy, but they will make the everyday reality a bit easier for their parents. (Sometimes our projects are not about life itself, but about the quality of that life.)
